In BCC, I can help people with more depth and specificity in the Heart Seat coaching work. As a BCC member, you can bring whatever you want support with to the monthly Core Sessions. You'll get more pointed Action Steps, and a community who gets to know you and helps hold your vulnerabilities, dreams, power, and passion with respect and love. In ONEdance, I teach on specific themes, and there's less participant interaction and direct in-depth coaching.

Human Design is a fundamental tool we use to understand your unique energy blueprint. During Core Sessions, I provide personalized insights based on your chart that reveal your type, strategy, and decision-making authority, and how your specific channels, gates, centers and profile influence your creative expression and prosperity. This isn't just theoretical—we apply these insights to your specific challenges and goals, helping you work with your design rather than against it. Even if you've had a Human Design session before, experiencing it within the BCC container brings a new level of practical application and integration.

There are BCC members who I rarely see in Live sessions, and they regularly message me (usually right after they watch a recording!) to say how potent the teachings are. It always delights and surprises me. Sometimes people prefer to do the program on their own timing or privately, if the group feels like too much. I learn about every person in the room through their personalized Intake Form and Human Design chart, so even if you're not "there" I'm holding you energetically in the container.

I cap the group at 50, and as I said above, sometimes there are less than 10 people on a call because people are watching the recordings. BCC is intimate and deep. You won't feel lost in a room with hundreds of people.

It's never too early or too late to get support to connect to what's really true in you. We've had people in the room in their 20s and in their 80s. We've even had little ones (babies and toddlers) present with their mommas.

I always share a teaching at the start of each Core session, from what feels alive in the moment for the group and me (this is why we have a private online Community space). And from there, I open the floor to who wants to be in the Heart Seat. We've covered topics that range include marketing, receiving more help at work, having honest conversations, dealing with shock and grief, healthy sexuality, and making more money. Every ONEdance session has a theme, often inspired by BCC members' wishes!

I try to coach each individual in a way that benefits the whole group, and over the past 16+ years of doing energy healing and coaching, students always say that watching someone else's 1:1 work is so powerful. Some people even prefer to not be in the limelight because they learn better that way. You have a choice. You're invited to be in the Heart Seat, and you can also sit back. I trust you!
