Most movement practices give you a sequence to follow. Michelle reads what's actually happening in the room - in real time - and responds to what you and the group need in that moment. No two sessions are the same. That's not a feature, it's the whole point.
ONEdance works at a level most modalities can't reach - the place where the pattern lives in your body, not just your mind. Most members find it accelerates everything else they're doing, because they're finally moving what was stuck rather than just talking about it.
Most people here aren't dancers. There's no choreography, no right way to move, no performance. Your only job is to show up and let your body do what it needs. Michelle creates the conditions - you just arrive.
Every session is recorded and added to the library, so you never miss anything. That said, the live experience is where something different happens - Michelle reads the room and responds in real time, and that's hard to replicate. Both have value. Show up live when you can.
Not in the traditional sense. Think less "learn the steps" and more "let your body lead." We might move in silence. We might have music. What matters is what your body needs in that moment — and Michelle's job is to help you find it.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Most people go barefoot or in socks. Loose fitting is best. That's it.
Enough to stretch your arms and take a step in each direction. Many members join from small apartments. If you can move, you're set.

When done with clear intention and self awareness, movement is potent medicine. When you let yourself BE moved in mind, body, and spirit, you serve the world at a much higher frequency and capacity.

THEME: NERVOUS SYSTEM CARE
The first technique I learned 16 years ago in my energy healing training was a nervous system reset called “Cortices.” This entire month we’ll focus on resetting and strengthening your nervous system, so you can move through your life and work with mental calm, emotional ease, and ultimate creativity.
